Sometimes I get intimidated by what i read and forget I know things that not everyone knows also. For example, sorry! Bowel zones are therefore as you can see in the mouth. Around the nose down towards the corners of the mouth and out towards your ears. And in the middle of the forehead.
Regarding problems with stomach: Eat as I said, psyllium seeds, and probiotics.
Sure, it may feel like you can not afford to eat well for they are often portrayed as expensive and nuts. But if you educate a little on the subject, it's actually not expensive to eat well. On the contrary, sometimes.
A packet noodles for example, with one of those little flavor sachet are really cheap.
But if you compare what a head of cabbage cost and how much food you
get for your money, you quickly realize that is a superfood
that is cheap!
Cabbage contains SO much vitamins and also probiotics that are good for the intestines.
You can tear cabbage and make coleslaw, make cabbage salad, marinate the cabbage pieces in garlic, olive oil and spices. Eat as snacks and dip, shred into long strips and cook light and use instead of pasta. Mix into tiny flakes and have instead of rice. And so on.
A head of cabbage that does not cost nearly anything can replace a
package of rice, a packet of pasta, etc. which are much more expensive
and worse for the body.
One can also buy beans and lentils and make steaks instead of expensive and environmentally unfriendly meat.
Instead of cow's milk, you can buy a package of oatmeal and make your own oat milk. Oats are a real miracle plant and lubricates and strengthens the body from the inside in a very unique way.
Oatmeal is a great breakfast! I always eat oatmeal for breakfast. With cinnamon and rice milk. Cinnamon is very sweet in itself and strengthens and stimulates the digestive tract. It also regulates blood sugar. So you certainly do not need sugar, even if you learned it twenty years ago. ;-)
so I just mix
oatmeal with water, let the grains fall to the bottom and
pour the water over the oatmeal so it becomes oat milk in a minute.
So I can agree that it is "difficult" to eat healthily. (More fantasy-consuming, which may be very hard when you have the stresses of everyday life), but not that it is more expensive.
