The art of choosing the right skin care

What you should really consider when choosing skin care? When I buy new skin care products, I always have this questions: What does my skin need right now? I feel dry, oily, I have a lot of impurities of the skin? The skin condition can differ depending on where we are and what climate we are in. Stress and poor health can also affect the skin's condition. I am often asked what to do with a skin that is out of balance. Most people describe that they have tried many different products, but nothing works. My first thought then is that they have not been looking at the big picture, but may have only concentrated on the fact that they get much pimples on their chin, for example.

When the case is that your chin is full of pimples and impurities but your skin is okay, you use products for oily and blemished skin for only the chin. Using the wrong type of products in areas which require a completely different skin care, can make the skin become imbalanced. Then, it can of course be related to other factors as well, but the wrong product for the wrong place is not good. One of the most common mistakes is that we use "light" cream. People are terrified of being too glossy. But that is precisely the problem. Do you have a skin that easily gets dry during the day when the climate is dry inside and out and you need more moisture and fat. Even if you feel you have an oily skin, acne, You still need a richer cream in autumn and winter.

If your skin is feeling gray and dull, it may be neccesary that you add an exfoliation that increases circulation and a wonderfully refreshing and moisturizing mask to your skin care routine. It need not be complicated or difficult. You just have to learn your skin's needs. Do you think it's hard to know what to choose. Enlist the help of a professional or Consultant and describe how you want your skin to be. And give the products a chance. Do not give up after a few days. It takes a while for the skin to get used to it except if you start having skin irritation then you stop immidiately. Also keep in mind that what works for best friend, may not work for you. We are all different.

BreakFast Recipe!!

I have come to a good start of my day. And the morning is important for one's well-being. Therefore, I put on my breakfast diet. In the past, I ate a sandwich. But since I eat breakfast early,  I feel hungry when I got to work at eight. A friend told me about eating plain yogurt with lots of nuts and fruit instead. So I started with that. In fact, this is both good and very filling. Now I'm hungry first at 11 - the time and is very energetic. The ingredients I have in my yogurt is not only tasty and nutritious, but also make your skin radiant.

Flax seeds contain omega 3 - fatty acids that help keep the skin soft and smooth
Whole almonds make you stay full longer. They also contain vitamin E, which has a healing effect on the skin and also monounsaturated fat, which also makes the skin soft and supple and prevents dryness.
Sunflower seeds also contain vitamin E.
Raisins are rich in the antioxidant Reservatol believed to be involved in protecting the body from unnecessary aging
Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that protect your skin and make it more resistant.

So for those of you who want a more filling breakfast. Try this and skip all that bread units. It is important to what we eat. Beauty as you all know will actually largely from within.
