Madara Organic Lipgloss

Lip gloss is so wonderfully important and Madara Deco lips sunkissed did not disappoint me! It was creamy and glossy with just that beautiful glow you're after. The color also strengthened tan. The effect was moisturizing and did not leave streaks on my face.

Content is basically a mixture of vegetable oil and rosehip. Packaging: a transparent plastic tube, no more, no less. Fills well its purpose, easy to handle, but hardly exciting to watch :) The scent of berries and fruit are relatively clear, but the "taste" unfortunately quite strange the times i used it i get this pair of molecules on the tongue. Now is the lip gloss is not for eating, but as you probably know, it is impossible to avoid slip occasionally. However, this is a small thing to endure and as a whole I like this lip gloss, currently!

In overall, I am very pleased with my first acquaintance with organic skin care Madara Eco at least, they prove that it is possible to make thoughtful, subtly fragrant natural skin care and organic skin care with that little bit extra.

Music can really create a whole day for me.

I can be in a bad mood and a song can change it. On the contrary, too. I might get confused and unexplained anxiety if I listen to blues music ... or music that recalls the difficult times in my life.

This morning the bus was late and I was tackled by a man, so I dropped both purse with my nice computer and my whole Bible skin cover.

I think it is SUPER IMPORTANT to smile and say hello to the bus driver. No matter how badly he looks. I always make it. And they shine in 95% of cases up and something comes on in their eyes. For the thousands of people drive around this town and the majority do not see them even in the eyes. The only time they get any attention is when something goes wrong. Then they bark out of the ordinary to escape his inner dissatisfaction and frustration.

It's not okay., It is never okay to take things out on strangers.

I do too. Sometimes. When I am sur / tired / frustrated. Then I can not keep it inside, it just wallowing like some sort of bitter cunt in the bottle.

Today was one of those days, it was hysterical lot of people at the bus stop and all crowded to make room on the bus and it was so full that people were not of their stops and panicked and pushed to get out.

It hurt, it was sweaty, it was heavy to carry and hard to stand. And claustrophobic. And the brave bus driver had a turban and shouted in broken.

Just that people see a turban in public transport makes the stress level increased by one thousand percent.

When it lightened and became more air on the bus, a girl came and push past me in the aisle. Just because, there was maybe something in the back seat. I was so fucking pissed.

she was bothering me When it just stopped being so awkward?!

I sighed heavily.

Just then a song was singing in my headphones and suddenly I realized that I was standing with my shoulders tightly cramped up. So I took a breath and let them down.

Thought that "obviously, it is not a problem for me to move a little bit. Course you want to sit, ok! Fine you're welcome."

Long ago when my older friend wanted to sign in on a children's program, I called in and voted him, you had to hear an automated message.

It said, "Thank you for your vote. My motto in life is: You're never bigger than your smallest problem."

That quote has followed me through thick and thin through life actually.

YOU ARE NOT BIGGER THAN YOUR SMALL PROBLEM.

To that I add that it is okay to be small. Tiny sometimes. But one should still remember what you're doing. Making a reality check if disturbed longer thank you hoped.

Yes, but what I really wanted to say with this posts was that you should listen to good music and say hello to the bus driver and the counter at the store.

It means soooo much. Believe me!

MADARA Organic Skincare :Foaming Cleanser

This is a gentle foam intended for cleaning makeup and dirt in the skin. A fluffy cloud (or at least as I imagine ) Two interesting ingredients in this cloud, or,  the foam, the Baltic St. John's Wort and Calendula. St. John's wort is mentioned frequently as "nature's wonder drug", with characteristics known to calm both inside and outside of the body. Call flower has been used in skin care through the ages - called, for example, "joy knob" of Shakespeare for its ability to give life to your skin. Call Flower is designed to nourish your skin while it cleans and pulls pores.

Scent
At the first meeting of the nose, the alcohol is quite clear, but it evaporates quickly and leaves a green, fresh scent. Fresh, one could summarize it as.

Packing
As I've mentioned many times before, I am no worshiper of plastic packaging. That's a natural part of my passion for natural and organic skin care. But there are exceptions. Madaras Ecos packaging is one of those. For these user-friendly and stylish container feels even plastic luxurious. And, of course, is the question of recyclable plastic. Madara Eco are certified by Ecocert, which guarantees this fact.

Use
Shake the bottle well, then press a few times at the pump. Apply with fingers gently on the face and neck. Rinse.

Results
Leaves a complexion that really feels cleansed in depth but without the drying effect. I'm usually hyper sensitive to facial cleanings, but this charm even my hard flirted skin. Just this cleansing foam is for all skin types, so I also had my friend Kelly try it. And the result was just as successful for her (although her skin might be wrong when it comes to facial cleansing.)

Rating
I am super happy with this. Can not be anything but . 5/5.

Visiting another Esthetician

I allowed myself 50 minutes facial yesterday.
200 meters from my workplace, where
two nice girls work.Tisha and Jessica I have know them for a while.
You may wonder if I am an esthetician, why should
I then have to go to another esthetician. I take care of my skin regularly,
uses exfoliation, face mask and the like, but it will be a completely different
feeling to be cared for, that someone else cares about you.

It's like the difference between when the hairdresser washes your hair and when you do it yourself.
You do not have to do anything yourself, just relax and enjoy the moment,
it's worth a lot.
I usually try to go for facial and pedicure every two months.
I think this is right, then I use good products and manage my
skin daily.
You who have never gone to any treatment, it is recommended that you at least
try it. You are likely to enjoy to the fullest,

A healthier alternative to bread

Poor eating habits threaten our health. We eat too much sugar and saturated fat, but too little fruit and vegetables and many of us are fat. Eight out of ten do not eat enough fruit and veg, and four in ten are eating too much sugar. 15 percent of the energy intake-calories-from candies, soft drinks, pastries and snacks. Many young people drink four liters of soda a week. Crazy after all!

When I was little, I got candy, chips and soda on Saturdays. There was no question that there would be at home on any other day of the week. and god what I longed for these Saturdays, it was really luxury. Today the kids eat candy and drink soda every day were and many do not know, (for treats) what to look forward to and really enjoy it, is.

I really try to eat healthy, but even if I choose a healthier option, it still has sugar in tomato sauce, for example, the bread. I have also tried me on the carb a few times, but I Get tired, crazy in the head and can not think. No, I love my pasta too much to give it up completely.
However, I skipped the bread. Eat it in very few occasions, do not think I need it in my diet. But sometimes I can be like that super fancy a cheese sandwich with lots of butter. It is not the bread itself that attracts, but more the mixture of everything. I baked the other day bread without flour. I know, it sounds crazy, but it actually goes.

Here's the recipe if you are eager to try. Not only that they are good, they are sick healthy and so they give us a more beautiful and healthy skin.

with Carrots 8-10 pc

1/2 kg Carrots
2 cups almonds
2 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 cup flax seed
4 eggs
salt and spices

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Peel the carrots finely. Mix nuts and seeds along with 3 cups of grated carrots, Add the salt and Spices. Stir the eggs into the batter. Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet with baking paper. Sprinkle some pumpkin and sunflower seeds over and bake in the oven for 60 minutes

Suncoats Products. Nail Polish!!

Here is a picture of my hand with nail polish! From about the age of 12, I had long, long nails, they were strong and my pride. I loved the shape trend nail polish! Then when I realized that the nail polish emit more toxins than the automotive refinishing industry, so I gave up my load. I had Long unpainted nails until I trained as a skin care therapist. Does not work so well with long nails and massages. Mm, yes, I miss them my nice nails and think that my hands look very childish print.
But NOW I have found Suncoats water-based nail polish and I'm in seventh heaven! It is true that the nails kept short but I'll enjoy having beautiful colors!

You paint with advantage in the evening (I've tested in the morning and it has actually worked well) so it cures properly. You can paint on a layer after about 30 seconds. Once painted, it stays better than a regular paint. So good that you should remove it within a week.
I wash my hands very often, they are also in oil and hot water several times a day and it works just fine! When you want to remove the polish as you take their natural nailpolish remover which is made from corn fermeterad, soyaolja and vegetable glycerin. Take a wad of cotton and remove the paint. Suncoat's Removal works on other regular nail polish. The nail polish has won awards in Canada two times in a row.
ps The color I used is called Pink Passion and I painted it two layers.
