Prevent Cellulite

Last Saturday, I had a discussion with my friends about cellulite.
As an esthetician, I have both read and tried various methods
said to counteract cellulite. Here below are some tips that

what can you do yourself to prevent cellulite?
                                                  In the medical context, Cellulite is one

type of inflammations of fat and connective tissue.
In everyday speech it is called called cellulite that is
small groppar in the thighs and buttocks where fat tissue sunk into pointwise.
More than 80% of all women have cellulite. The causes are unknown
but the risks and problems of increasing are due to lack of exercise, obesity and smoking.

A healthy diet and regular exercise is the first step for combating cellulite. Exercise burns fat and fit
muscle, tightens the tissue and provide firmer skin. Good exercise for cellulite is:

  •     Fast walking
  •     Cycling.
  •     Stair machines.
Practice often and regularly. A well-balanced diet with healthy ingredients are good.
Improved circulation is an effective weapon against cellulite
Poor circulation is thought to be important for cellulite. Various methods to improve circulation is well worth trying:

  •     Dry Brushing.
  •     Massage.
Dry Brushing the skin
Dry Brushing the skin does boost circulation and tightens the skin.
Some early results give no anti cellulite but when it is done regularly.
Dry brush your skin once a day for five minutes before taking a bath or showers. Use a brush or massage glove and brush with long circular motions that go up. Start with the sole of the foot and work your way up.
 

Massage for better circulation

Massage speeds up circulation. A warming massage oil, for example,  A regular massage oil or a little sunflower oil is also good.

Hot bath and a cold shower
After dry brushing take a hot bath. It stimulates circulation in both blood and lymph. The bath ends with a cold shower. Salt bath is considered particularly beneficial for cellulite.
