I have had a busy and eventful autumn with the opening of friends charity Organisation that works with AMREF. Worked, Stressed, eating JUNK. Drinking massive amounts of wine. And slept for a bit. It is seen in the intestinal zones of the face and the body.
Now it's time to change that.
Last spring, I excluded the carbohydrates in a few days to clear the body and I felt so fantastic. Started running, had unreal energy, could see clearer, breathe. Everything felt absolutely wonderful. So I have decided that it is time for it again.
Plus, I went and bought a pack of Psyllium today. They had it all to my great joy in the small coop in the subway.
Psyllium is a small little seed that comes from the plant leaf frog. Much the same bulk and when you mix with water and swallow down It forms some beneficial mucus in the stomach and intestines that allow all debris to pass easily.
It is good for constipation and diarrhea, if you have IBS or trying to lose weight.
