Psyllium Secrets!!

I have had a busy and eventful autumn with the opening of friends charity Organisation that works with AMREF. Worked, Stressed, eating JUNK. Drinking massive amounts of wine. And slept for a bit. It is seen in the intestinal zones of the face and the body.
Now it's time to change that.

Last spring, I excluded the carbohydrates in a few days to clear the body and I felt so fantastic. Started running, had unreal energy, could see clearer, breathe. Everything felt absolutely wonderful. So I have decided that it is time for it again.

Plus, I went and bought a pack of Psyllium today. They had it all to my great joy in the small coop in the subway.

Psyllium is a small little seed that comes from the plant leaf frog. Much the same bulk and when you mix with water and swallow down It forms some beneficial mucus in the stomach and intestines that allow all debris to pass easily.

It is good for constipation and diarrhea, if you have IBS or trying to lose weight.

Mádara Ecoface - Deep Comfort Toner

Deep Comfort Toner is a hydrating facial toner, with two main bases: Rose Water and Baltic chamomile. Rose water. It is a relatively well-used ingredient in organic skin care in cleansing. But you'll also find rose water in conventional medicines and perfumes. Rose water is among other things known to have a gentle cleansing and astringent effect on the skin. Combined with Baltic chamomile, which also has several cleansing and antiseptic properties, Madara Eco created a cool, gentle and effective toning.

Scent
The scent reminds me of herbal tea.

Packing
Transparent plastic bottle. Slightly less fancy than the other packages in Madaras range of organic skin care.

Use
Yes, it requires not any detailed instructions on how to use a toner :) Use a cotton pad to apply it on your face like any other cleancer.

Results
Was completely surprised that this toner made my skin softer. My previous experience of toning has been directly opposite, then the rather shriveled my skin - probably because most face lotions contain alcohol. But this was very, very good! Despite negative for packaging that exceeds the content and use many toning I previously tested.
